I have been trying to find the answer to the question of securing 50 lb. machines. We have the same problem. If its spreads and comforters, they can be loaded so it will not be unbalanced. jeans are hard, and we have to advance the machine sometimes and place the clothes in another machine to finish spinning. This is driving me nuts too. Where is the answer?

A 50# machine should not go out of balance.
If it is shaking off the floor it is not installed right. I would call an installer and pay to have it done right, before you cause an expensive problem. If there are no equipment distributors you can call for an installer, than call the manufactuer and get the install specs. It takes a good chunk on concrete to hold a 50# down

i have been tolded that your problem is:
the bolts that have been placed in the concrete have NOT been torqued. This will fix the problem
