View Full Version : Brown Spoted Agitator
My SQ top loaders are only two years old. But two of them have agitators that have brown spots on them. It looks like it was caused by grease or oil of some kind. I have tried to clean them but have had no luck. Any suggestions on how to clean and how to prevent?

Paint thinner - put it on a rag and wipe away the spots. Of course, run an empty cycle before putting any clothes in too.

Azkid - thanks for the tip but I never got a chance to use it. The spots were already gone. They had been there for about a month, but when I went to clean them with the paint thinner, I could not find them.
