Poison Ivy!

Please help me! I had a killer case of poison ivy that began this past week. I didn't even know that I had it. Was looking to avoid all of those weeds of three and all of that good stuff. The only thing is I know that the urushiol oil from the poison ivy still lasts for approximately 4-5 years after the plant is killed. I ended up having double vision, vertigo, migraine headaches, tingly tongue and lying on the floor at work. After massive doses of Prednisone, I was told that I might look less like the Phantom of the Opera in a month or so. What can I use to clean myself and my clothing so that this doesn't happen again? I have the Technu and the Ivy Dry. Can I throw my boots in the washing machine? What happens if more than 15 minutes elapses before I find out that I was exposed again?

I'm no Dr, but I am highly alergic to all the "leaves of three".
At this point your are S.O.L. :~(
Keep eating your steriods
It lasts about three weeks...........the first bout lasts about two, then it looks & feels like its going away, but it comes back for about a week

The only relief I have found, is VERY HOT water, but be careful not to burn yourself

I take a shower (w/technu) after everytime I run on the mtn
