We had an open house last weekend and went surprisingly well. I took the opportunity to take some photos of the mat. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Mellow;

Where did you get the "Tide" wall stickers and banner?
Was it supplied by your soap vender or did you have it made?

Since I advertise their products in the store, Proctor Gamble authorized my usage of Tide logo.

The banner was designed and made by a friend.... for the price of a beer. :D

Are you renumerated for advertising the P&G items in your store?

You mean remunerated? Yes, a 3rd party comes in and slap stickers, posters all over my machines once a month. You'll notice some in the pictures, folding tables, dryer windows... etc.

Mellow,

Nice layout. Nice wide aisles, good mix of equipment, imo. Having the attendant's station near the door is a plus if you are doing drop-off service. I like your folding tables as well.

May I suggest some 200F R&B carts for your big washers?
You can put all the contents for a 50/60lb machine in one cart, thereby saving floor space.

I wish you all the best.

Bruce,

I see everyone is seated under the canopies and ready to eat. What's for dinner ... porterhouse steak with all the fixin's?

Nice laundromat. I like the spacious aisle in front of the 60# washers.

Thanks and great suggestion. I have 17 100Es (new and old) and thinking of upgrading to a few new ones. A couple of 200Fs make sense.

Thanks. Menu for the event was smoked ham and jack cheese sandwich, potato salad, chips and salsa, plus desserts from the next door pastries shop.

Yes, the shop is pretty open - 2500+ sq ft and 3 carts and squeeze through each aisle. I have some claustrophobic customers who drive past 3 mats to come to mine.
