Hi,Does anyone have a W/D/F form or ticket that I can get a copy of? We are new in the business and are simply using a receipt book at the moment.After looking at the discussion forum I have realized that I need a form that is more professional and will limit my liability.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Dan

We order our WDF tickets out of the Cleaners Supply catalog...http://www.cleanersupply.com/products/product.cfm?pID=1249 ...they're generic and relatively inexpensive (and have a disclaimer re: liability on the back, but I'm not too worried about that stuff). For our dry cleaning, we have special tickets made up by a local print shop since we need a four part form (the ones from the catalog are three part).
