I just got my WashItKwik.com (http://www.washitkwik.com) up and running. Let me know what you think. Anything I should add or clarify? Any suggestions would be helpful. Just looking for some feedback on how I can make it better while I still can.

BruceWalker - Looks great (the website)! Like the free internet connect
and how yall breakdown the wdf service. Only took a quick look so this
might be there already. Could mention free/abundant parking available.
Nice websight and laundry. Let us know how its going for you.

Great looking place, terrific website. Hope you dont mind if I plagiarise a few of your ideas and approaches to pricing eg the VIP plan.
You seem to have thought of everything and there arent any obvious gaps I can think of.
Im particularly interested in your attempt to grab the Uni market. Im in a similar situation where I am and you have given me some ideas to try. How did/are you going about advertising/communicating to the students?
Good luck and thanks for sharing.
Cheers

mrcoinop- thanks. I have 5 attendents, one on premise at all times and we've been open about 2 years.
Kari- My wife works for Big Blue as well. PCD Sales Manager
Mick- I attend 9 Freshman orientations during the summer and set up a booth with a washer, computer slideshow, and sell cards and Pick-Up and delivery plans.
The reason for the WDF pricing is that some customers would come in and demand it same day and we'd bust our butts only to have them not pick it up for a week. This month alone over 18% of our WDF was Same day, and 5% was VIP. Most of the time we have it doen the same day anyway, this way we just cover ourselves and make a higher margin. All WDF is prepaid.

Nice place. One question though? Did you consider putting in wireless internet as well? Probably could add your own router anywhere. Also, this seems very upscale place, very clean and modern looking, nice touch. What type of premium do you charge? Do you get a lot of college business? What college is near there?

Not everyone has a wireless card so I opted for wired. I have had a few full time RVers who wanted me to provide a dial up port for them. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif We have the majority of the student market from what the other owners have told me. We are near UNT and TWU.
