hi new to the board. I am looking to open a laundromat within 20 mile radius south of Boston. Question as to whether I should buy existing or build a new store. I have about 100k in cash. Any guidance would be appreciated

Do some searches through previous posts...been discussed many times. You won't be able to build new for $100K so it'll be an easy decision.

Agree with Azkid - the consensus is it would be almost impossible to build a new store with $100K. It
is possible to obtain an existing mat with $100K. You can buy new or an existing business with a loan.
