Opinions please,
The front load Maytags are a little $$$, bout 1400 each. The up side is lower water useage and thus lower gas bill, water bill and sewer rate. Do you think they wash as good as top loaders?? Anyone useing them now? Do customers like em?
Thanks...

I have 30 of the Neptunes.

They wash much, much, much better than top loaders.

50% larger capacity than the top loaders. If replacing tops you can increase your washing capacity.

Easily programmable to suit your needs.

High spin extract means that you may not need to increase dryer pockets.
Much less utilities used (my 2003 utility bills were 17% of gross).

My customers love them.

Installed for 2 years now and have had very little issues. A torn boot and a motor control board. All covered by the warranty. Maytag has a full 5 year parts warranty.
Only one drain issue. Took me 20 minutes to figure out the problem and 10 minutes to fix it.
