My mat uses about 5,000 gallons of water a day (on average). If I assume 35% of that is hot, I get 1,750 gallons per day of hot water. Further assuming that if I run 12 hours a day and assume peak demand is 2.5 time average demand I would need something that can handle about 365 gallons per hour. What might I expect to pay for such a system, and do you recommend any specific brands?
Thanks

Howard, I may have an answer for you soon. My Rheem boiler is leaking and I will need to replace it. My plumbing company prefers Raypak. I installed a Raypak last year in a larger laundromat and it seems to be doing OK.

Hamilton suggested for 388 gallons per hour: a mini-model 82.5% efficiency $3879.00 or a V-tube 85% efficiency $5197.00. The pump for either would be $794 and the 100 gallon tank would be $2909.Thermometer $85 and T&P relief valve $88. The stack to hold the tank above the mini would cost $2151 and expansion tank $150.
Freight, removal of old boiler and installation extra. My distributor said there would be a 40% discount on equipment.
My plumber offered a Bach, guaranteed for five years, fully installed for just under $10,000.00

I am learning something. Just because I did not immediately sign a contract, the price is going down and the capacity is going up. The whole unit price is down to $6 K and the install price is down by $2K.
