Today I tried to order from a vendor that was known to have good prices on the CLA. After being quoted a price for commercial delivery, the website kept charging me for residential delivery (a substantial difference). Then I tried to place the order by phone and was informed by a very polite service rep that any web discounts couldn't be applied. The rep suggested that I go online and start a chat as I tried to place the online order again. The chat person kept insisting that I lived at the business address repeatedly even I assured the rep that I didn't. After 3-4 queries asking for the chat rep's and supervisors name, I finally got it. 45 minutes later the chat rep disconnected the "call". Eventually I was able to place the order but it was so frustrating to try to spend almost 2 hours at a business that I wanted to patronize. Again, everyone at the company was extremely polite except the chat rep. Thanks for letting me vent.
