Looking for Referrals for Southern California Distributor Reps.

Have about $50,000 cash to invest.

Background: Outside sales, marketing, Bachelor in Marketing, bought and sold cars and houses, live in Southern California, currently self-employed doing the car and house biz, and have great credit

Just starting out and read up on many articles on this Forum, still reading 2 books, Road to Financial Independence and How to Start a Coin Laundry.

I'm looking for a Rep because I need help finding existing mats for sale in my area and want someone with experience to give me advice. I'm counting on the veterans to vouch for an honest, experienced Rep.

Also looking for banks or private lenders for financing. Please send referrals.

If your building a new one you will need 3-4 times that much. And two times as much or more for a older one

Thanks for the tip. I've been looking for existing mats to buy.

On average they are selling for 4-5 times earning.

Someone told me about their terrible experience with other reps. I really want someone with expertise to have a look at these potential mats I'm looking at.
