Not to worry my friend. You will get a lot of replies to
this question. Try SheliaShine. Use the Internet to find
out where it is in your area.

Over cleaner is caustic, which is probably the wrong way to go. You might want to try dilute phophoric acid if some of the other off the shelf products don't work. Coke (not diet, or C2 just regular Cocacola) has weak phosphoric acid in it and might work as a cleaning solution - rinse off when done as you don't want the sugar. I was told about this many years ago by a car dealer as a great way to clean windshields.
If that does not help go to the local auto detail shop and ask them for a small container of whatever acid based cleaner they use for wheels and trim it will do the job, but wear safety glasses.
I was having the same problem, trying different kinds of cleaners, have not tried them all but the best luck I have so far and with success is Shiela Shine and "00" steel wool. I got most not all but most of the soap stains out of some Dexters that hadn't been cleaned properly in years.
Good Luck!
try mother's polish
good luck
My dexter service tech told me that he uses WD-40 after he finishes a service call. We tried it on our Stainless Steel dexter soap stains - AMAZING!
