Well I suffered my first stolen laundry cart. I called the police and filed a report. They were very nice, and even sent a seargent on a bike to look in the alleys for it and a patrol car to look too. No luck. So after a day or so I put a sign up in my mat that said the following: "Who ever took a laundry cart please return it, no questions asked" under that I wrote: "OR, Reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever stole a laundry cart".
Six hours later a man returned a cart. But get this, he claims that my other attendant told him he could take it and he left a $5 deposit with her for the cart. I know this is not true, as I trust this woman more that anyone in the world. She gets very upset if her count of pettycash is off by 25 cents.
It just shows there are all type of people out there. At least I have my cart back.
