damaged linens

A customer dryed some satin sheets in the dryer and it looks like the sheets are embedded with holes from the dryer drum.My attendant said the dryer was on low heat which is what the tag recommended.Has this ever occurred with anyone else?

Have not had a problem like that, but have an idea what may have caused it. Do your dryers have a cooldown cycle. If not, the dried items will sit against the hot drum and that may be the cause of the problem. Just a thought.
