How do you keep your attendants from stealing money from you? For your WDF service, how much money do you leave for them to use, and what kind of a journal do you have them keep( i.e. amount used for wash, dry etc)

we came up with the system. There is a bank of $100 in the register. Every evening attendant gives an envelope with a money and he or she writes down how much was spent. We add money to the bank to come up with $100. In the office book we write. In or Out.

You should be very aware of the average cost of the WDF business. Per the last vend price I calculated ~the wdf should average a machine cost of 35-39%. The profit from the service should be greater than 60%. Tickets and money should be consistently monitored and accounted for.


A daily log with ticket numbers should be well maintained and accounted for.
