Lets see...how do I want to ask this question! How easy is it for an attendent to steal the wdf money? Present owner is absent and has been for 5 months and basicly 2 workers are running the store. One worker seems to be running the store in reference to collecting the money and paying the owners bills for her. The other is there strictly as the attendent.Never are both there together. Mostly the wdf comes in when the second attendent is there and is really not wdf it is more like wdnothing...lol....wdf is amounting to like 60/weekly. Dont have numbers to combare to before owner had to leave and I'm not accusing that anything is being stolen but what I want to know is how EASY would it be for someone to do it? All people such as the 2 brokers and even my lawyer says probably, the owner has somwhat implied it. Who knows...any thoughts?

Would assume the attendants are stealing whether it be money, products,
resources or their use of time. How much is the real unknown. When we
hired a mgr when we first opened up the business we bearly broke even.
After we fired the mgr (recouped his salary), rehired staff, tightened up
the inner workings of the wdf process and went out to grow the wdf
business there was a vast improved the following six months. You
can expect a "bounce" in your numbers. With wdf being wdnothing,
you can expect to grow that portion of the business as well. It is ez
to steal especially if there is no system or tracking mechanism in place
to hold there employees accountable.
