Moving your store

Without getting into the details, it appears that in just over 2 years I will be forced to move my store. I am wondering about the expense, financing available etc etc involved in moving a store. How much should I be setting aside now for the move? Anyone on the list go through something like this? If so what did it involve?

I moved a store about a year ago. Planned on 25k, was 50k when I was done. The new location needed some windows, doors, ect extra than planned.
