Dear all,

I have business with beauty salons, offering them a long-term service of towels' laundry. Now I have a problem. I find out that every time the towels are dried ( Usually I choose the highest temperature about 75C), some strange smell comes out from those towels. I think the smell has to do with the oil or cream that the beautify salons use to apply onto their customers' bodies.Obviously, it's not easy to remove the odor just by adding the detergent much away from the average. So what can i do with the odor left on the towels?

We too have gotten towels from salons. We have used white vinegar in with the detergent as well as Clorox II and Downy Fab. softener. The vinegar helps to cut the oils and believe it or not does help with the smells. We also use vinegar in our wf service for whites. It helps them get really bright. Hope this helps you.
