Ok, we caught a family who spends a large amount of money per week in my laundry with human waste in there clothes. My wife and i were in shock and said nothing. How do we tell her to scrape her clothes before she washes them. I don't want to lose her business, but enough is enough.

Ok Im gonna vomit /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif I did not hesitate telling a drop off customer that we would no longer be able to launder his clothes for him unless he was able to pre-clean them before my attendants handled them. If this is not an isolated incident, I would bring to their attention, in a respectful manner. If you don't notice again let it fly!
