I have apd new store with Maytag front loading machines.Model PD Some customers complained that the water level is too low. It is covering very bottom of the drum.
I asked technicians from Maytag. They explained that is the way this machines are designed. On some ocasions customers closes were half wet half dry after the last cycle.
Is anybody else had this kind of problem?

Grandy22,
What is the exact model number? I have a Maytag store, but I don't have the problem you are mentioning. Are your machines the new Turbo wash? If so they don't need to use as much water, but what you are describing sounds like they are not working properly.
Do all of the same model of washers do the same thing?
Duane.

Grandy22,
I just talked to a Maytag guy and he stated that the new Turbo washer should have water up to the bottom of the door and a good technician can adjust the level of the water.
Let me know what you find out since I'll be purchasing this model for my next store.
Thanks,
Duane.

Duane, thanks a lot. I have MFR18, MFR25, MFR35 and MFR50.
My tech. said the same thing. The water level should be right at the bottom of the drum. He highly didn't recomend to mess with water level. Also he guaranteed that these machines more officiant than any old top loaders. The only thing I guess, our customers need to get used to this machines.
Thanks again.
