Does anyone have any of these? I have an attractive quote for some of these washers but they are so new I cannot get any information regarding pro's or con's from anyone that has had any experience with them.

Crappy. I have no real experience with them other than I washed clothes once and they were alright. Quality wise the Mat I went to was relatively new but the machines couldn't hold up. I would skip them unless you are tight financially.

OK Jeff, you stumped me, but you do have me wondering how this machine would make me less money. I have multiple stores and I have Dexter N series and Speed Queen Money Master and Speed Queen Net Master. Current age of equipment is same as other stores and I have the least amount of trouble with my Dexters and it is my highest volume/turn store. The question is..............Does anyone one have any experiences they would like to share about the Dexter V series? Anyone?

I was at a big volume store that had Dexter, all the panels were punched out where you press the Hot, warm, cold buttons. All is left are little black knobs under the panel that does not exist anymore. How are your high volume stores doing with this problem? I have low volume, so my Dexters are OK. Only V- series are 55's they are a couple years old, no troubles.

Mel, maybe I am wrong but don't the V series spin out at a higher g force. You will make less on the dryer. If you think people wiil pay more for higher g, I doubt it.

Jeff, that is a very good point and I did think about that. In my mind the loss of that 1 quarter on the dry creates the perception that my dryers are working better than my competitors and it also reduces my utility cost. There is definately a trade off that you point out but I am not sure how to quantify it. IF the customer perception was that my dryers took an extra quarter over the competition I know my customers would let me hear about it but then others would just not come back. I lost some customers when I changed my dryer pricing from 12 min to 10 for a quarter.

It is okay to loose customers if your profit is higher or the same. after a price increase.

It does not really matter about the V series. I am ordering some new Dexters and they say thats all you can get .There not makeing the others anymore.
