Contact your local distributor, they will usually have a service school once or twice a year. Or see if you can pay for one of their techs for a one day in store service school. You will be paying their normal hourly service rate for 4-6 hours, but the tech will be able to use and fix your equipment as you learn.

i knew nothing about fixing machines when I bought my first mat. i waited till a few things broke, then called a dealer for a repair. I watched, and asked questions. the repair I needed was for a Dexter 20# washer would not lock. It ended up a wire had come loose off the door switch. While he was there I had him put a valve kit in a dexter water valve that did not fill right. Cost was $75 You pay to learn. Some good parts dealers will help trouble shoot and give advice. You can post questions on www.coinwash.com (http://www.coinwash.com) also. Even here, everyone likes to trouble shoot problems, except thier own! LOL!
