I am considering replacing my very old 30 pound Heubsch dryers. They all work fine and give me no trouble but they are very inefficient at 95000 BTU/hr. My customers like them because they are very hot and dry quickly. Based on utilities savings I can calculate the payback time. What I can't predict is what effect new dryers will have on my dryer revenue. Does anyone have experience in this area? Should I expect new dryers to dry faster or slower than what I've got assuming the same temperature?

We had the same idea but besides the gas saveing we went with 30# stack dryers and it gave us a lot more room to use for folding etc. Customers love em we went with Dexter stacks

Was there any noticeable change in dryer revenue?

There was for us because it added more dryers then we had before. They dry faster so no backups
