There are many softmount washer on the market to choose from. Here's is my opinion/experience on some of these models:
WE-16: don't buy them due to problems with door, soap tray, door lock, pump, etc. I had twelve of them three to five years ago and got rid of them one by one after the washer bearings failed.
Continental Aurora: limited experience (1 year only) with this model. Found out that if customer overload the washer, the 8 Amp fuse protecting the inverter motor blows, and everything stops. Also, the pump model is very loud so go far gravity drain if possible.
IPSO 18# softmount washer - solid built but $$$ to purchase.
Contiental 20# and 30# softmount washer - solid built for OPL market but avail. for coin mat; ran almost five years without any problems -- but $$$ to purchase and also parts are expensive (i.e. computer control board $1,000.00).

I would hold off on the WE 16's for a while. Electrolux, the parent company of Frigidaire and Wascomat, has recently redesigned this frontloader for the home market. Time will tell if they introduce it with a coin slide.
