Wascomat Emerald series

Any opinions on the emerald series of wascomat? Are customers able to figure out the choices? my store is attended. thanks for any help P.

I think the Emeralds are great in the double load and the double load plus size. I don't think alot of the options are particularly effective with bigger load machines. I'd be afraid that someone would load up a 50# machine, press Delicate or Quick, and then complain the huge load wasn't clean!

We have a brand new store with 19 emerald series machines from 50lb to 18lb. Our store is always attended and once the customers are shown how to use the equipment they have no problems. We have received minimal complaints regarding different pricing for water temp etc. Our customers love the way their clothes come out of the machines. Our only comment is the instructions on the face of the machine seem to scare the customers at first.
