Excellent point. Based on when I was in the countryside close to Bismarck
I saw an unsupervised fire raging. The 911 person still wanted the mile marker address or a house address intersection or whatever because there are cell areas where the GPS apparently does not work that great.
I guess it is still a "work in progress" across the country. As conservative as I tend to be --- when the local vote came up for support of 911 --- I did give a "yea"

on that specific ballot!
