If I recall correctly, the Greenwald system just debuted at Clean '11. One thing I've learned about this industry is that nothing happens quickly. If you're considering this system, you should ask your distributor for a list of their customers who are running the same system and are willing to talk to you about it. If they can't provide such a list, maybe inquire as to what sort of incentive they're willing to give you to be their field-testing guinea pig!
