I'm posting a handy-dandy little instruction video for any of you guys who might have safes that use the popular Sargent & Greenleaf combination locks, and want to change the combination.
Keep in mind that you need the combo change key, and that you had better not close the safe after your combination change until you are sure the new combo works.
It's a little tricky which makes me wonder how many people actually change their combinations at all.
As many of you know, there are times when keys, locks, alarm codes and combinations DO need to be changed.
If you are not mechanically inclined, then it's better to have a locksmith change your combo, but then again, your locksmith would know your number.
