A guy up the street is charging $1.00 and another charging .75 cents weekdays from 1 pm to 5 pm. The funny thing is the guy with the .75 cent washers, water rate is almost two and a half times more than mine. What is he thinking?

Now with that done here and reducing my free dry promo credit I will see at least 12% more added to my bottom line.
Now I am thinking of what to do with my other store, I will run some reports at the end of the month and take action.
add .10 to all my machines believe it or not will make a difference because at least 50% of my cycles are done in warm water.
