CLA Insurance in FL
Just received word from CLA Insurance that I don't meet the underwriting criteria of their three carriers. This is after 3 years of on-time premium payments with their prior carrier and only one claim for Employee Dishonesty which totalled $822. No other details were provided.
I'm open 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and am fully attended during those hours. I've implemented many of CLA's recommendations to reduce risk. I have a video surveillance system.
Am I an isolated case, have I missed obvious safety measures which I could implement, or is this just a case of being located in the wrong state?
