washer mix to maximize volume

Hi there I presently have 3x60lb 3 x18lb 10 x 25lb 1 x40lb total pounds 524 The dryers are 11 stack 30's 660 total lb. I would like to replace some of the 25 your comments please. No more room for more dryers well possibly one more stack. washers take the whole wall. . I have 8 folding tables,

If I were you I would try to bring in at least one 80lb washer, one more 60lb, one more 40lb, one more 18lb, cut back on the 25lb washers to help make room for the larger washers.
If you have room for one more stack bring in a 45lb stack. I can't keep the customers away from mine & I vend at a 50 cent start for 6 minutes, & 3 minutes per quarter after that.
Since you asked that is my two cents, you have to remember I have not been in, or seen your store layout, this is an over the internet reply & that is my Disclaimer. LOL

I like the disclaimer in the previous post - as it is not really possible to give an accurate info without more info from you. First how many turns per day do you average on each type of machine? This is very important in trying to determine what you should do. Further, you have 18, 25, 40 and 60 pound washers which may be confusing to customers. How much difference is there in the real world between the 18 and 25? Since you have lots of the 25 pound machines perhaps you get rid of the three 18 pound machines and maybe add either a real big machine or more 40 pound washers and maybe more 60 pound. Again without knowing what type of usage and pricing and store layout you have it is very hard to make a good suggestion.
