Sounds like you've got things a locked down a bit. Good job. I wonder, does the new security mentality get you any closer to being built to go partially unattended? At least for me, one of the biggest cost savings is when I cut attended hours. Nothing like a $5500 per month payroll that drops to $2500 to get through a long, slow winter...

Case,
Yes, definitely will have a replacement hired beforehand.
I've been pondering the partially unattended idea and I already feel like "I'm there more" just by being able to pull up the cams on my phone at any moment. There is a lot of down time for sure when I watch the cameras. I'm paying out just a hair over $5K /month for a warm body to be present 105 hrs/wk. I might be able to change the place a bit with good signage, remove a few things that could be stolen easily and an emergency phone number. If I encourage newbies to ask another customer that is familiar with the place for help, it may work. Cutting back to 50% of the hrs would save me about what I loose every month in the summer. I may loose a few frustrated customers also but probably not enough to make it as bad as my current situation.
