CLA Insurance Partners With New California Carrier

By Planet Laundry staff | Aug 24, 2009

CLA Insurance has partnered with a new insurance carrier for the state of California. Participants in the Custom California Insurance Program (CCIP) have access to affordable rates from a carrier that meets CLA Insurance’s rigorous standards – and the outstanding customer service for which CLA Insurance is known.

Many California self-service laundries are 24-hour operations and/or are unattended. Traditionally, these laundries have been difficult to insure due to higher risk exposure. By providing another carrier, CLA Insurance now has more options to present to its clients. Even if a coin laundry does not fall into either of these categories, the added carrier gives owners more options on pricing.

“We’ve worked with this carrier in other states and have been more than pleased with their rates,” said Ruby Burch, executive coordinator at CLA Insurance. “All laundry owners should take the time to get a CCIP quote. They may be pleasantly surprised.

“We are always looking for additional ways to help laundry owners, so we’re thrilled that we can be of greater service to California,” Burch added.

CLA Insurance, headquartered in Plano, Texas, is a national insurance agency specializing in the coverage of commercial, retail laundry facilities. Established in 1988 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Coin Laundry Association, the mission of CLA Insurance is to provide comprehensive coverage and professional service to members of the Coin Laundry Association. To obtain a free, no-obligation quote from one of five top-rated carriers, call (800) 346-8424 or visit coinlaundryinsurance.com.

CLA Insurance does not set up family trusts. The agency writes:
* Property/Liability Coverage
* Workers’ Compensation
* Umbrella Insurance
* Auto Insurance for Company Vehicles
