The Coin Laundry Association has released the results from its annual Industry Survey. The survey contains both national and regional averages.
“The results contained in this survey are vital for laundry owners and distributors,” said Brian Wallace, president and CEO of the Coin Laundry Association. “This tool gives laundry insiders a benchmark for comparing everything from monthly revenue per square foot to average rent on both a national and regional level. Knowing these numbers enables them to make smart decisions about their business and customers.”
The 26-question survey was designed and conducted by Readex Research, an external research agency, and includes data regarding:
• Drop-Off Service Base and Delivery Charges
• Total Size of Facility in Square Feet
• Percentage of Gross Revenue Spend on Payroll and Utilities
• Average Attendant Hourly Wage
CLA members have free access to the results and data interpretation online at coinlaundry.org. The survey is also available for purchase through the association by calling (630) 953-7920.
