PWS, Inc., a Speed Queen laundry equipment distributor in California and Nevada, recently assembled its entire sales organization in Los Angeles for an intensive, two-day training session on the new Quantum controls for Speed Queen equipment.
The training was conducted by a team of six Alliance Quantum specialists from Ripon, Wis., and headed by Speed Queen National Sales Manager William Bittner.
With the goal of helping the PWS sales staff better explain the features and benefits of Quantum controls to their customers, this program proved to be “extremely beneficial,” according to David Horton, PWS sales manager.
“The new Speed Queen Quantum washers and tumblers allow an operator to have total control over the number of washes and rinses per cycle, the length of each segment in the cycle, and the water used in each cycle,” Horton explained. “Quantum allows the operator to set up special wash pricing, time-of-day and day-of-the-week pricing, customer loyalty programs, and many machine diagnostic features.”
