Maytag Commercial Laundry recently unveiled a new social media campaign created to connect customers and key players in conversations throughout the industry. The brand introduced a Facebook fan page and a blog, while also increasing its Twitter activity.
“We’re making it easier for industry professionals to connect with Maytag Commercial Laundry and the industry,” said Craig Kirchner, global director of Maytag Commercial Laundry at Whirlpool Corp. “We hope to engage commercial laundry professionals, customers and distributors in thought-provoking and important industry conversations.”
The company’s social media activity will encompass regular posts to Twitter, Facebook and a blog by company leaders on pertinent industry trends. Topics and posts will include helpful industry statistics; the latest information for the on-premises, multi-housing and coin laundry segments; and questions designed to drive conversations.

I have Maytag stack dryers less than two years old when you push the button to start it take 8 seconds fustrating costomers.Check with the Maytag distributor in my area and they said it would cost me 350.00 to reprogram the dryers.Checked with outher distributors they said they don't charge their costomers if they bought the equipment from them.How can I fix this problem people push the buttons untill the break and is no easy task to fix.Please help Jack jmavia@aol.com
