American Dryer Corp. has launched its redesigned website – amdry.com. Enhancements to the site place an emphasis on making information more easily available for each of the company’s specific audiences, according to ADC.
Developed through interactive input from both the company’s distributor network and end-user customers, the site makes navigation simple and fast for both technical support and the latest information on new product offerings. Main features of the new design are user-friendly drop-down menus, where product information is presented using quick-click search by product segment (coin, on-premise, industrial or specialty), bringing the visitor to complete product listings by category or size. For technical support, visitors can choose by model and refine the overall list for easier selection.
In the expanded “Sales/Resources” section, ADC dealers and end-users can gain access to information for a wide offering of services, including financing programs, site analysis, demographic analysis and coin laundry design layout.
In an effort to maximize time efficiency, the new site features live chat support where questions are answered by ADC service technicians. The site also maintains a secure “Distributor Parts Store” so that ADC distributors can quickly and securely purchase parts through their accounts.

In addition, the site will continue to evolve and expand with plans for a dealer extranet, which will feature secure access to a wide range of materials.
