Laundrylux – the North American distributor of Electrolux and Wascomat laundry equipment – has promoted Dawn Nagle to vice president of Laundrylux Creative Services. Nagle, who joined Laundrylux in 2007, continues to also serve as marketing director for the company.
Nagle is responsible for marketing the Electrolux Professional and Wascomat brands throughout North America, as well as supporting its distributors with marketing and design services.
In 2011, Laundrylux formed Laundrylux Creative Services to expand its offerings to distributors and to provide direct store owner support. Due to its overwhelming success and feedback from customers, the company recently expanded the department.
“By expanding LCS and the support we provide, we continue to add value to our outstanding product line and services,” Nagle said. “We provide a unique benefit to not only our distributors, but to their customers – and our expertise and direction significantly impact their business. My goal is to continually help our customers define their message in the marketplace and grow their businesses.”
Because laundry owners are often unsure of how to market their new business, LCS provides those customers with the vision and expertise to start out on the right foot. The services – which could include store design, marketing message, logo design, website, postcards, door hangers, ads, articles and more – enable owners to easily get up to speed quickly and start marketing their businesses in a professional manner.
“LCS made it so easy for us to market our store,” said Florida laundry owner Steve Elliott. “They produced professional-quality postcards, door hangers, exterior signs, giant customized window graphics and even a logo. Since we are new to this industry, help from LCS has been invaluable. LCS played a major part in why we chose to buy Electrolux equipment. And, in fact, we have already begun the build-out on our second Electrolux-equipped store.”
“LCS is one more reason to do business with an authorized Electrolux distributor,” added Jeff Cahn of Uniwasher. “It is such an incredible added value. It has made a big difference in closing the deal – the customer sees the value immediately.”
“Laundrylux is a forward-thinking company,” Nagle said. “Everything we do is with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. We want our customers to be more than just satisfied; we want them to be excited and confident about their business. We don’t just sell machines; we provide a complete experience that includes advanced technology, innovative products, exceptional customer care, and world-class marketing and business support. Laundrylux Creative Services is another example of how we truly partner with our customers and devote resources to help them grow and be successful.”
“This is an exciting step for Laundrylux, our distributors and store owners,” stated Laundrylux President Howard Herman. “We continue to hit the market hard with products that stand way above the competition. We’ve introduced technologies that no other manufacturer even comes close to. Our marketing efforts have reflected this and have grown each year. Expanding LCS is one more way we show our support to our customers.”
