Grand Opening
Interesting article. I agree with the distributor though, the soft opening is the way to go. You can demonstrate to customers how well and fairly you can handle unexpected problems. This can be a better sales point than free hot dogs. Also it gives your employees on the job training without the grand whoopla pressure and all the distractions of a grand opening. Remember what business you are in.
Rule of thumb?
