Stephen Bean is the owner of Universal Coin Laundry Machinery, LLC, a distributorship based in Royal Oak, Mich. He also operates University Coin Laundry, a 5,500-square-foot, 24-hour store in Detroit. In addition, Mr. Bean, who holds a masters degree in clinical psychology, has been published in numerous trade journals and spoken extensively on the subject of marketing throughout the United States.
